Driftwood Christian Church is an independent New Testament church. We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, that He was conceived and born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and sacrificed Himself to be punished in substitution for sinners. We believe that salvation is only by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible teaches that one receives God's grace by putting faith in Christ, repenting of sin, confessing Christ and being immersed into Christ.
We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God, a relationship in which no one may remove. We believe in the Church of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible teaches that the Elders are to exercise authority over the local congregation.
